By accessing or using the Services, including creating an account or purchasing a subscription, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Lingrem offers auto-renewable subscription plans that provide access to premium content and features. Subscription pricing and duration are displayed to you before purchase.
Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You authorize us to charge the applicable subscription fees to your App Store account or payment method. You are responsible for all taxes associated with your subscription.
You may cancel your subscription at any time in your device’s App Store settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled according to the App Store refund policy.

LINGREM DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN NO EVENT WILL LINGREM BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
We may modify these Terms at any time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you through the app or by email. Your continued use of the Services after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
